I ordered this item from Amazon, but it was shipped by SF Planet. The first time when I received this item, it did not work with my 6th generation Ipod. It did however work with my 5th generation Ipod. I contaced SF Planet and they promptly sent me a replacement. I did not even have to return the old one. The new one arrived in timely manner and it works fine with all my Ipods. Good product, great customer service. Will definitly do business with SF Planet again. -- Great Customer Service

Product worked ok to charge the Ipod, but i thought i would be able to use other USB chargers with this one and it is so weak in the car that it wont charge my phone or anything else from it. For what its worth it was okay, it was very cheap and shipped fast, but its nothing special and not high quality. -- Somewhat satisfied
