Charges Itouch in car and at home with no issues. Only complaint would be the length of the usb cable provided. Unlike the OEM cable, this cable that is supplied attaches to the itouch and can only be removed if you squeeze the sides. If you have an impatient person they could damage the connector. -- Great item great price

This product works great! I like that it's black instead of the usual white. My phone is black so it matches. The only thing that I find odd is that when I plug in the wall charger it makes a humming noise. Other than that, I love it. -- Works great!!

I have not tried the car charger but the AC charger works perfectly. It's a great price on a Itouch charger... very happy. -- Perfect

I bought this for use with an iPhone 3GS. Out of the box, the chargers worked fine and the included sync cable worked fine for charging, but the cable was unreliable for syncing. Sometimes sync would work fine, other times it would get part way through and then abort with an error saying that the iPhone had disconnected. The original Apple sync cable worked fine, so I knew it was a cable problem. I contacted Griffin via their website and they responded quickly and sent me a replacement cable at no charge. The replacement cable works perfectly for charging and syncing.

I only gave 4 stars because I had to get the replacement cable, but Griffin provided excellent customer service and the product seems well designed, so in the end I'm a happy camper.

One other thing to note is that the Griffin wall charger module is about 3 times larger than the small white one that Apple provides with the iPhone 3GS, so I prefer the original Apple wall charger for travel use. -- Good product - Griffin stands behind it too
