I admit I was a tad skeptical when I first purchased this warranty for a electronic purchase I made last x-mas. I mean the price of the warranty was so much less expensive than buying at certain big retailers that shall remain nameless. But when I actually had to use it I was quite pleased with my experience with Square Trade. The whole process of placing a claim and getting reimbursed for my DVD player was so quick and painless.
