The ZRS10-1000-2 is a 10-Inch single voice coil 2 ohm subwoofer. The basket is a cast aluminum diamond cut finish with a sand finish black texture coating. It has a magnet motor heatsink with heat-pump. The ZRS10-1000-2 has a quad layer, linear progressive Conex spider with integrated high-current 4-layer round tinsel leads. There is a black aluminum 4-layer voice coil former with an ultra saturated “BL-inch magnetic motor gap utilizing one-piece pole extended technology. It has a fiber reinforced paper composite cone with an oversized double laminated stitched surround. It has direct-connect 10 gauge wire, an x-max of 26-30mm peak-to-peak, and a washer plate thickness of 14mm. The ZRS10-1000-2 has a power handling of 1000 Watts RMS with a 2000 Watt Peak. It is made of a cast aluminum anti vibration chassis. The ZRSW8 has a RCA line level input and high level OEM radio integration. It has an LED power and diagnostic status indicator. There is a phase shift control for 0-180° and a +12dB variable bass boost equalization control. There is a low-pass electronic crossover, adjustable between 50-150Hz. The ZRSW8 has a soft start mute & delay turn-on-off circuitry and an IC controlled diagnostic circuitry. A dashboard mount remote bass control is included.
